Book makeover :-)
Got a book that you use a lot? (In my case, it’s a review book that I will be breathing, eating, sleeping next to the for next 10 days) Does the cover of the book look boring? You get tired of seeing this book? Wanna make the book more fun and personal? If your answers are “Yes” to these questions, keep reading…if not, keep reading anyway :-P Okie, first thing first,...

Home...and back again!
You might wonder why I’ve been so out lately. Well, for 2 weeks, we were having finals and all that “awesome” end of semester stuff so we basically didn’t have any life. “We” being me and my fellow med students. Then I went home for 3 days. I didn’t want to because I went home for 3 days once and it was exhausting but…i couldn’t resist coming...

I appreciate you!
Kristina Werner just put up a new contest! This one is hard to resist because it gives me a lot of freedom on what I want to do with the card, as long as it’s one layer Well, here is my card, I really enjoyed making it…come play with us. I love stamping on kraft cardstock with chalk ink…do you!? I’m pretty sure everyone has done it at least once! I love how the image...

Happy Birthday! (CPS-59)
Hey everyone, Hope your weekend is great! I’m sharing a card I made for a fellow medstudent! Happy Birthday Beatrice! This card is really special and here is why:       1) I used CPS-59. Check this out if you don’t know what this means :-)       2) It’s the first time I get to use my Doctor Sticker set from EK Success. It’s been way too long :) Can’t find a...

Thank you, my precious!
Hey guys, it’s late  but I just want to pop in here and share with you this card. Isn’t it fun? I challenge you to find the source of inspiration for it? :-P Anyways, trying to be funny at this time of the night all the sudden seems so hard. Hope you like the card and wishing you all a good night!

Kicking bagged noodles up a notch :)
Ok so bagged noodles of all kind are not exactly the most nutritious type of food but I’m sure you all would agree with me that they taste good and that they always come to the rescue just the right time. For me, bagged noodles is the best thing in the middle of the night studying late, stomach making noise. However, just plain bagged noodles with hot water and those MSG soup base powder...

You're my cup of tea! (CPS#161)
Used this sketch… from CPS#161                                             …to make this card. I’m trying out what I call “Ombre stamping” technique. You can see it here on the teapot, teacup and a little bit on the sentiment. I used this stamp set. The inspiration for using this technique is on the stamp set itself. I’m still a little shy to use more...

Pretty Auntie!
Made this scrapbook page using the color combo on my wedding for my favorite aunt :-) her favorite color is also purple…so i don’t think there’s more appropriate reasons for me to go all purple eh? These are called pleated flowers. Aren’t they pretty? It’s my first time making this type of flowers and I think they came out pretty good. There are many different...

Satisfaction vs. guilt
It’s been a lazy day for sure! Not much studying was done :( but a lot of eating was done… Good Friday is so not the excuse for not studying but for some reasons I felt hungry every half an hour and was in the mood for cooking different things: Vietnamese sausage omelet for breakfast, fish sauce fried chicken for lunch, chicken noodles for dinner and last but not least, red velvet...
