I used some wire to loop around my finger 3 times. Make sure the loop fits your finger nicely. Then coil both ends into circular rossette like this:

I saved some scrap materials from this T- shirt reconstruction inspired by Prada SS2011 striped dress sewing project (yup, that’s me, can’t really throw away anything…yet) and I saw this project right here so i gave it a try.

DIY Milk Money Wallet _ recycle milk cartons
Saw this project and wanted to finish my milk carton real quick :)
They have step by step instruction and even a video. So I stole the template, printed it out…

UPDATE on DIY Nail art: Newspapers text on nails
You guys,
It’s so much better the second time around! Duh!
You can see here that the text is so much more crisp, and no ghost image :) (If you missed the original post with the tutorial, here it is)
What i did differently were:
- Pressed a little harder to help the ink transfer better (it’s just like stamping)
- Not moving the paper around (like I mentioned)

DIY Nail art: Newspapers text on nails
Step 1: Apply base coat to protect your nails
Step 2: Paint your nail with one of the neutral colors that would act as paper, for a more vintage look, use colors with more brown tone in it. I used 2 coats.
