DIY NYC Skyline manicure tutorial (9.11 remembrance)

4 easy steps to a beautiful manicure with the NY skyline. Please click on each picture to enlarge and read the instruction under it. You can easily switch out the building silhouettes for your own city/town if you don’t live in NY. As for the sky in the background, you can choose a set of any 3 colors to demonstrate a different time of day. For example, I would use red, orange and black for the sunset…
