After what felt like a million exam week, I’m back! Things are great and I now have my 2 seconds to relax before the next crazy exam wave hits.
Mean while, here I am sharing a few things with you:
1) I made my own General Tso’s chicken!
My friends took me to a well recommended Chinese restaurant here in Antigua and of course I had to order General Tso’s chicken but it was such a disappointment. So I thought to myself, “why not make my own?”. Here it is, tasted 95% similar minus the greasy oil but i guess that was the good part :-)
2) I made a card!
Yay, finally, I feel like it’s been forever since the last time I crafted. I filmed the making process of this card and video will be up soon.
3) I watched the first 2 episodes of Breaking Bad’s latest season. Does anyone watch that show? It’s pretty awesome!
Things will be back to being busy tomorrow…but I do look forward to the end of this semester!
