How to make semi homemade roasted peanut noodles with peanut sauce

To make this…you’ll need:

- 2 cloves of garlic - minced

- 1/2 an onion - thinly sliced

- Some scallions - cut into 2 in segments

- ~5gr of chicken

- 1/2 a red bell pepper - cut into short strips

- beansprouts

- 10-15 shrimps

This…I’m pretty sure you can find this at any Asian section of the super market.

Soften the noodles by boiling 4-5 cups of water with some salt and throw the noodles in when the water boils. Drain well - rinse with cold water - drain again.

Hot pan, 2-3 table spoons of veggie oil. The garlic goes in first, then the onions, then the chicken. Stir vigorously!

…then the shirmps, keep stirring

…then the red peppers, don’t stop stirring…:-)

..then the scallions

…then the noodles

..then the sauce that comes in the box

..then throw in some beansprouts and stir some more … and serve

Garnish with some cilantro…and ta da…
