Clear embossed background with snow flake images…I’m in this phase when I think faux stitching is hot and doubt faux stitching is even hotter :-D What do you think!?

DIY Candy cane manicure.
Hey guys, Happy Christmas Eve! I have a quick and easy but very festive manicure design for ya! Watch the video tutorial here and see for your self. If you don’t have a striper, you can always use a toothpick to create the red lines. If you want to save time, you don’t have to draw that many lines, you can definitely space them out.
I hope you like this manicure and that you’ll wear it for Christmas! I love it!
Merry Christmas! Wishing you a warm and cozy day by your loved ones!
Tis the season to be jolly! This red color totally makes me jolly :)
Swatch of Essie red polish in Scarlet O’hara. I think this will be perfect for Christmas manicure!
We finally put our tree up. Yay! I usually put it up on Thanksgiving weekend. It’s kindda late this year but it’s still good! I wanted to wait for my busy hubbie to finally have time to join me. It was worth the wait! ;-)
Come watch my hubbie and I put it together. If you wanna see how i went solo and put the tree up myself last year, then go here.
Feel free to share pics of your tree to spread the holiday spirit! :)
Putting our tree up a little early this year! Usually I’d wait until after Thanksgiving but I’m really excited about my first tree in our new apartment. Plus, I was away for the past few years, so no tree then :-) Hope you enjoy watching me put the whole thing together.
The tree is from here
95% of the decorations on the tree is from Michael’s store.
Hope you had a great weekend!

… Just like the ones I used to know.
It’s hard to dream of a white Christmas living on a tropical island. This morning, thanks to the freezing classroom, I traveled down memory land of many Christmas pasts - glittery drops of prettiness falling from the sky, frosty snow covers the streets, family’s get-together, gift exchange, games, food, hot tea, candy canes, fireplace, mistletoe, pies, warm apple cider,… That’s my Christmas! What’s yours?
so, this happened when I came home :-)

Ok, so besides Kate and Eric, I have added Gavin onto my list. I will be making Christmas cards to send in for Gavin as well. To find more in formation on this child, go here.
Here is the add to send in your cards:
