I’ve got the blue!

Guys, why is it still raining and snowing? Where is my Spring? :-/

Showing you here is a blue no name polish! I got it as a gift and there’s nothing on it except a silver flower sticker like you see in the picture. No company name and no color name. (If you know anything about it, feel free to tell me). It’s a beautiful polish though! A little shear, it took 3 coats here. I topped it off with a layer of the flaky Ying’s color polish and I got some Spring-y feelings on my finger tips!

Hope you’re having a wonderful day!

Swatch of Zoya nail polish “Marley

From Zoya’s Website: Zoya Nail Polish in Marley can be best described as: Lightest baby lavender touched with a hint of gray-silver and a subtle pearl finish. A versatile, easy to apply and wear pastel shade that’s never chalky or harsh.

This is the base for the scribbling manicure with some Sharpie marker that I showed you before.

OOTD :-) Wore my new jacket today! What do you think?

It’s Lunar New Year today! Happy Lunar New Year to you if you celebrate!

Went bold on the lips (using the Elf’s lipstick from this haul) to match with the scarf and of course there should always be some red or bright pink on New Year day for good luck :) I’m wearing Zoya’s Fei Fei on my nails, not sure if you can tell. If you can’t click here for a closed up. I went to the temple with my family where the second picture was taken. Saw an old friend there, we talked and it felt like a million years ago that I was in college :)

Then we stopped by… Target :-D Unfortunately, I walked out without a single piece from the Prabal Gurung for Target. Well, I didn’t see all the pieces of the collection but there were plenty to choose from. However, none of the pieces I saw attracted me…wah wah! oh well!…

Anyways, wishing you health, wealth and plenty of love in the Snake year!

Hey guys,
Im sharing with you some footages recorded while I was playing with some Washi tapes to create some nail designs for Valentines. I found that Washi tapes are perfect to use as mask/stencil for creating simple shapes on your nails. You’re guaranteed to get the perfect image every time. I hope this video inspires you to get your hands on some Washi tapes.
If you don’t have Washi tapes, you can always use some painter tapes or clear tapes.
I made some quirky Valentine’s present for my husband last year, check it out hereI also have this DIY fashion project for Valentine’s day last year. Enjoy!
